NYAYA VISLESHANA -CASE ANALYSIS

Special NYAYA VISLESHANA-case analysis sessions are conducted on leading and land mark decisions of the Supreme Court and High Courts in India and Abroad. Students are involved in discussions on the principles forming basis for the judgments (ratio decidendi) to instill inquisitive ideas about the legal issues in the judgments of the Courts and matters pertaining to interpreting the law.
