It is an intra-colligate cultural fest, where students can showcase their talents in various events such as face painting, dance, singing, and drama. The main objective of conducting this fest is to encourage the students and to show case their talents. It is event exclusive to mirroring the artistic values and skills of students in various cultural sphere.
‘Kaladarpan 2019– An Intra-collegiate Literary and Cultural Fest’.Kaladarpan means “Reflection of Art” and true to its name it had a plethora of events which were categorized under literary, fine arts and music. The theme for this year’s Kaladarpan “Let Nature Be Your Muse and Kaladarpan Be Your Canvas” was chosen by the cultural committee in order to create awareness about the need to save nature and to celebrate it. Kaladarpan was held from 4th Nov to 8th Nov 2019. The first day was started with a unique event “Best out of trash” which gave the students an opportunity to create art out of junk. It was amazing to see many students create beautiful art out the discarded waste. The first day concluded with jewelry making and mehendi competition which helped the students to showcase their skill in fine arts. On the second day, 3 events were organized, tell-a-tale and poetry writing which saw a large number of budding storytellers and poets. And nail art was also organized on the same day. The third day had events like face painting, poster making and elocution, the themes of which were solely inspired by nature. The next day had fun events like Pictionary which is charades-inspired word-guessing game, this event saw a large number of participants, cooking without fire was the next event in which 22 teams participated eagerly to show off their culinary skills. The last event for the day was Rangoli; more than 15 students participated in this traditional art form of India. The last day of Kaladarpan had a number of events lined up like painting and photography, solo instrumental, western and classical singing, the rhythms and beats of which resonated around the whole campus and finally the last event for the day was solo and group dance, the dance performance by students were power packed which made the audience watch in awe. All the events were judged by the faculties of Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous who were experts in each of the events. Kaladarpan 2k19 epitomized the ultimate literary and cultural activities. The week long events saw a large number of enthusiastic students eagerly waiting to showcase their amazing talent.
Kaladarpan 2k18, an intra-collegiate literary and cultural fest was inaugurated on 11th September 2018 at 10.00 A.M by Mr. Santhosh Devi Prasad, H.R. Employees Success, Syncron Services India Pvt. Ltd.
The different events which were scheduled for the two days include Pencilsketching, Paperpainting, Collage, Creativewriting, Turncoat, Elocution, Mehendi, Mime, monoact, Cartooning, Dance, Singing, Photography, Quiz, Debate, Personality contest and cooking without fire. It was very encouraging to see so many students from the department participate in all of these events. Teachers from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous were the judges for all the events and they also appreciated the efforts taken by the students. Fr. Augustine George, Founding Director Kristu Jayanti College of Law graced the occasion with his benign presence and congratulated the students for their effort.

Kaladarpan 2k17 , an intra-collegiate literary and cultural fest conducted by Kristu Jayanti College Of Law was inaugurated on 22.09.2017 at 10.00 A.M by Mr.Micheal Joseph, Senior Manager, Public Relations & Corporate Relationship CBM International. Other dignitaries present were Rev.Fr. Joby Alex ,Rev Fr. Augustine George, Director of Kristu Jayanti College of Law and Prof. Dr. Mohan R. Bolla, Principal Kristu Jayanti College Of Law. It was a three days fest and the list of events held were Pencil sketching,Paperpainting,Collage,Creativewriting,Turncoat,Elocution,Mehendi,Mime,monoact,Cartooning,Dance,Singing,Photography,Quiz,Debate and Personality contest. Valedictory ceremony was held at 4 PM which was presided over by Rev Fr Immanual PJ. Winners of all the events were given the certificates of appreciation.
