Internship gives opportunities for students to have practical application of the laws that they study during the semester and helps them to have exposure. It also encourages students to have interactions with experienced individuals in the legal field. As per the KSLU notification, it is mandatory for all the students of 5 years B.A./ BB.A.,/B.Com., LL.B. to do internship for 21 weeks in the course of five years. In this regard all the students are required to do internship for the prescribed period during the semester holidays and to also obtain a certificate of internship at the end of every semester. Students are also required to maintain an internship diary which has to be updated and signed by the head of the institution/place of internship or of the concerned authority.
